This “Rose Bag” is a vintage Okura Toy from Japan and is recent. The top of the bag says “Rose Bag” in Japanese and it measures approximately 8” x 4.5” x 4.5”, not including the double handles. Inside there are multiple clear pockets and there is some exceptionally slight discoloration due to age, but overall it is in very good condition, super cute!
