It slides right over it, or it can be mounted easily elsewhere. The bag is currently $225 + s/h from Saddlemen. I just noticed there is one issue, the 2 little name tabs attached to the 2 zippers used to open/close the top campartment are broken off. Doesn't affect zippers (see last pic).
