Holden. Rare encyclopedic reference book or all sorts of peculiarities and oddities of nature and the imagination. Heavily worn jacket now protected in recent (removable) archival sleeve, with scuffing to faces, chipping/creasing/tears around the edges. Larger tears have tape applied to interior side of jacket. Boards are straight and clean but with corners bumped and dented/frayed area to bottom edge of front board. Binding is firm and spine remains fairly straight. Foxing to outer edge of text block.
